assalamualaikum dan selamat pagi in the glorious morning...
ahaks....
semalam, aku BENGANG giler la ngan kawan aku sehingga membuatkan aku ingin tido balik selepas solat subuh yang hampir2 da nak jadi gajah. tapi, lepas solat, tukar la pakai seluar baju tido.. memang la seluar tu muat2 je... seluar tu kecik.. tetiba, aku pakai longgar lak.. mak aihh, senang je masuk....
n laju2 la aku p mencari penimbang dan menimbang... alhamdulillah, im losing weight..
aku pun tak taw bape sebenarnya aku turun berat ni, tapi nilai yang skunk ni memang susah gak la nak capai.. alhamdulillah......
so, kene maintain lagi la... antara tips2 yang boleh aku kongsi ialah
1) lau makan,jangan sampai kenyang. da ase makanan masuk perut tu da cukup da
2) minum air banyak2
3) makan kurma cukup unutk menggantikan makanan sahur
4) makan oat bersama buah-buahan
5) elakkan makan lewat malam..
aku baru je hentam makan roti pkul 12 semalam sebb takot tak bagun sahur.. pagi tadi alamatnya minum air jela sebb semalam da makan...
alhamdulillah.... ni ase semangat nak bangun pagi2 wat keje ni....
